What is your return policy?
Return Policy: New items purchased in-store must be returned within 7 days in brand new and unused condition. Returns of used items will be refused. Defective new items can be sent back to the manufacturer for warranty service with our assistance. Used items are warranted for 60 days against functional defects, excluding misuse or purchaser damage. Purchaser-damaged items can be assessed for repair at the purchaser's expense.
Note: Transaction fees (e.g., PayPal's 3.5% fee) are non-refundable.
Are you an Authorized Dealer?
Yes! We carry Canon, Nikon, Sony, Tamron, Cinestill, Ilford, Kodak, Polaroid, Manfrotto, and Superior/Savage Seamless Papers.
Do you sell process and print film?
Yes! We sell most types of 35mm and 120 film as well as several large format film and special 8 movie film. We process all formats of color negative, transparency, and black and white film. We also scan slides, restore antique or damaged photographs, and transfer old video formats such as VHS, miniDV, Hi8, Beta, and audio tapes.
Do you sell seamless backdrop paper?
Yes! We are an authorized dealer for Superior/Savage Seamless Paper, offering a full selection of colors in 12 feet, 9 feet, and 53 inch sizes. Do you buy used equipment?
Yes! We purchase all photo equipment. For a quote, please call or email us to set up a time for appraisal, as we must see the items in person.

Do you repair camera equipment?
Yes! We repair all film and digital cameras, lenses, flashes, and photographic equipment, including slide projectors and darkroom equipment. We need to see your items in person to provide an estimate on cost and time.
